I highly recommend you only do "Cardio" your first cleanse. That is all I did. I wanted to lose the weight first. So I just walked for a full hour, five days a week, or I rode my stationary bike. You want to lose weight before you actually start trying to lift weights and tone. Don't make excuses just go outside and walk or the gym or get you a DVD that walks inside or use youtube. Find a way to exercise. You control your results.
