Lunch time

I'm on another 20 day full body cleanse. So today for my lunch I'm eating a salad, just romaine lettuce, tomato, and bell pepper, I keep it simple so I don't have to think about what I'm going to eat. Because remember stress causes you to want to eat and then you more likely will eat bad. So stay simple. With some oil and vinger.
