Letting Go

One thing I would say is you have to tell your body is ok to let go. The body wants to hold on, we as humans struggle to let things go. But, in order for us to grow we must learn that it is ok to let go. Speak to your body and love it, so you can know its ok to let go all that would keep you from reaching its full potential. You are much better than where you are. And, as you let go, watch how better you are going to feel and look.
